摘 要:采用动物实验及人体试食实验,对野生藜蒿提取物降低血压作用进行研究。结果发现,给予野生藜蒿提取物后的第四周,高剂量组动物血压明显下降,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),停止给予受试物10d后血压恢复人体试食组血压平均下降15.64±11.97/10.60±8.29mmHg,收缩压下降10.12%,舒张压下降10.54%;其中有效30例,总有效率60.00%;对照组血压平均下降4.60±10.96/4.82±8.75mmHg,收缩压下降3.04%,舒张压下降5.02%其中有效16例,总有效率32.00%。两组相比差异明显(P<0.05),说明藜蒿提取物对高血压病具有明显的降低血压的作用,服用前后其尿常规及生化指标无异常。Animal and human being test were conducted to study the anti-hypertension effect of extracts from Artemisia selengensis Turcz. tn our study, the hypertension of the animal has decreased obviously and has significant difference ( P 〈 0.05), which are administered extracts of Artemisia selengensis Turcz for 4 weeks. However,hypertension was recovered after 10 days drug withdraw.The hypertension of the volunteers who were administered extracts of Artemisia selengensis Turcz decreased 15.64 ± 1 1.97/10.60 ± 8.29mmHg.The systolic pressure decreased 10.12% and the diastolic pressure decreased 10.54%.1n the group who were given extracts from Artemisia selengensis Turcz,30 can take the effect and total effective rate is 60%.The hypertension of the volunteers who were not administered extracts of Artemisia selengensis Turcz decreased 4.60 ± 10.96/4.82 ±8.75mmHg.The systolic pressure decreased 3.04% and the diastolic pressure decreased 5.02%.1n the group who were not given extracts from Artemisia selengensis Turcz, 16 can take the effect and total effective rate is 32%.It was found that there was a significant difference between groups not only in animal experiment but also in the human experiment.The effect of the blood fat-regulating and anti-hypertension were obvious in animal and human being.Beside,the routine urine examinations and biochemical criterions of patients in the control group before and after patients took medicine were all normal.
