摘 要:采用叶片徒手切片和氯锌碘分化染色,观测了10个茶树品种叶片角质层。角质层的厚薄与叶面积大小有关,叶面积大的品种一般角质层较薄。叶面光泽性强弱与角质层沉积蜡质多少有关,光泽性强的品种蜡沉积的多。不同品种叶片溶液残留量明显不同,这主要与该品种叶片着生角度,叶面隆起性和光泽性强弱等叶片形态有关。叶片上斜着生、叶面不隆起、光泽性强的品种,溶液残留量少。叶面光泽性强弱对溶液渗入叶内的量也有影响,光泽性强的品种渗入量少。同一叶片不同部位溶液残留量不同,叶尖部、损伤部位和低凹处等溶液残留量和渗入叶片内的量多于同一叶片的其他部位。Bare-handed sections and chlorine-zinc-iodine stain were used to observe and measure leaf cuticle of 10 tea cultivars.Cuticle thickness had generally relation with leaf area. The bigger leaf area was,the thinner cuticle was. Leaf gloss had bearing on amount of epicuticular wax. The strongger leaf gloss was,the more epicuticular wax was. Solution remains on leaf of different tea cultivars were clearly different,which was mainly interrelated to leaf angle,gloss and embossment. Remains on leaf having up-right,strong gloss and level face were little. The leaf face gloss also affected seeping amount of solution into leaves. The stronger gloss was,the less amount was. Remains on different parts of a leaf were not same. Remains and seeping amount in leaf point,damaged and hollow parts were more than other parts of the same leaf.
