摘  要:为有效解决多轴独立电驱动混合动力车辆控制技术的难题,包括如何解决整车驱动功率急剧变化与特殊用电设备稳压要求的矛盾,以及如何兼顾多轴独立电驱动系统的经济性、动力性和通过性,提出一种多轴独立电驱动混合动力车的整车分层式控制系统结构方案。在该系统中,采用整车功率跟随式能量管理策略,重点研究稳压型APU变增益PID控制策略和多轴独立电驱动多目标驱动力控制策略,并通过前向仿真系统和实车试验对其进行验证与评价。仿真和实车试验结果表明,该整车控制系统能够有效地对车辆进行控制,在实现各项功能的情况下,稳压型APU控制系统能保证在大功率波动的情况下电压波动在3%之内,多目标驱动力控制策略在提高车辆机动性的同时将电动机驱动系统的效率提高约4%。In order to resolve the difficulties of the Multi-axis Independent Electric Drive Hybrid Electric Vehicle(MIEDHEV) control technology,including how to coordinate the inconsistency between rapid change of vehicle driving power and demand of stable voltage of special equipment,and how to balance economy,dynamic performance and passing ability of multi-axle independent electric drive system,this paper presents a hierarchy control system of MIEDHEV.On this basis,the strategies of vehicle power following energy management,gain scheduling PID control and multi-object driving force control are researched.The detailed forward simulation and real vehicle experiment analysis and validation of the control strategy are carried out.The simulation and experiment results show that by applying the supervisory control system to the MIEDHEV,the MIEDHEV can successfully realize the main functions.The APU control system can assure the voltage fluctuation to be within 3%.And multi-object driving force control strategy enhances the mobility of vehicle while increasing the efficiency of driving system by 4%.
