摘 要:药物代谢酶参与许多常见化学致癌物和药物的代谢活化或解毒过程。由于存在基因多态性,药物代谢酶活性具有个体及种族差异。有关药物代谢酶基因多态性对白血病治疗反应及预后影响的研究,目前正日益吸引越来越多人的关注。从分子水平研究基因的多态性与药物治疗效应多样性之间的关系,研究不同个体的基因多态性对药物治疗效应以及预后的影响,以此在治疗前可以提前预测疗效和预后,并指导合理用药。本文选择有关药物代谢酶基因多态性与白血病药物治疗反应及预后有关的最近主要研究文献进行综述。Drug-metabolizing enzymes participate in the process of metabolism activation or detoxification of the chemical carcinogens and drugs.The activity of drug-metabolizing enzyme has individual and ethnic differences because of gene polymorphism.More and more researchers focus their interest on the impact of gene polymorphism of drug metabolizing enzymes on the therapeutic response and prognosis of leukemia.Study on the relationship between gene polymorphism and diversity of therapeutic reaction,as well as the impact of individual gene polymorphism on therapeutic response and prognosis at molecular level provides the basis to predict the therapeutic efficacy and the prognosis of the patients and guides rational drug usage.The latest studies on the relationship between gene polymorphism of drug-metabolizing enzyme and therapeutic response and prognosis of leukemia are summarized in this review.
