摘 要:机加工表面的多重尺度特征导致在一定分辨率测量条件下所测得的统计参数不能客观地反映被测表面的特征.为此,本文把分形插值理论引入机加工表面的研究,提出用分形插值函数模拟表面轮廓的方法.对车削和磨削的不同材料表面轮廓进行了分形插值模拟,并以实验所测轮廓为标准,系统地研究了影响其模拟效果的因素和影响规律.研究表明。Because of their multi scale characteristic, it’s impossible to characterize machined surfaces objectively with statistic parameters measured by a measuring instrument of limited resolution. Fractal interpolating theory is introduced to investigate machined surfaces in this paper, and the method of simulating machined surface profiles with fractal interpolating function is also put forward. Furthermore, turned and ground surfaces are simulated respectively with fractal interpolating functions. The factors affecting interpolating effect and the affecting law are investigated systematically based on measured profiles. It’s proved by investigation that it is effective and feasible to simulate machined surfaces of fractal behavior with fractal interpolating theory.
