摘 要:教师文化是以教师为主体而形成的具有独特内涵和外延的教育行业群体文化。这种文化形成和发展的核心是作为从事教育者角色的职业价值观,其原因主要在于教师职业意识控制下的职业理想选择、职业行为规范以及职业影响的辐射等方面。从教师文化所发挥的作用来看,引导、凝聚、激励、约束等内在功能与协调、辐射等外在功能往往是同时呈现的。教师文化的结构在精神文化、制度文化、行为文化和物质文化诸系统方面是既独立存在又融合共长的。The teachers culture that is formed by teachers as the main body has a unique connotation and extension.It's core of formation and development is teachers professional values.The main reason lies in the ideal career choice,professional codes of conduct,the radiation of professional effects and so on.that under the control of teacher's professional awareness.On the perspective of the role playing by teachers' culture,internal functions such as guidance,cohesion,motivation,constraints and extrinsic functions such as coordination,radiation often come out at the same time.The structure of teachers' culture in the respect of spiritual culture,system culture,behavior culture and material culture is also integration and both independent.
