摘 要:目的:探讨晕厥患者的脑血流动力学改变并进行病因分析。方法:采用Multi-DopL型TCD仪,对34例晕厥患者发作间期及40例健康体检者进行经颅多普勒超声检测。结果:34例患者组椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度分别为(47.79±13.02)cm/s、(73.47±16.13)cm/s,对照组血流速度分别为(41.15±9.21)cm/s、(60.50±16.47)cm/s,两组之间差别有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。各支动脉的流速异常率在35%~53%之间。结论:脑血流动力学改变为晕厥的常见原因之一。Objective:To study the change of cerebral hemodynamies in syncope patients and analyze its cause. Methods:By TCD of Muhy-DopL,34 patients suffering from syncope in intermittent duration and 40 persons for healthy examination were examined. Results:The blood flow velocity in vertebral artery and basilar artery of 34 cases were (47.79±13.02) cm/s, (73.47±16.13) cm/s. but the velocity in the control group were (41.15±9.21)cm/s. (60.50± 16.47)cm/s. There was significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05).Among those arteries,the abnormal percentage in the blood flow velocity is between 35%-53%. Conclusion:The change of cerebral hemodynamics is one of the common causes for syncope.
