高职数学课师资队伍现状分析及对策研究

摘　　要：当前高职院校数学课师资队伍建设中存在的问题有:师资队伍结构失调;师资队伍素质不容乐观;教师人心不稳;少数数学课教师缺乏主动改革的意识。在此基础上,提出了完善高职院校数学师资队伍建设发展的对策:优化数学课程师资队伍结构;转变数学课教师教育理念;改进教学方法,提高教学质量;改革评价方法,体现实际应用。There are following problems of math teachers in voc ational colleges： Math teachers＇ structure is imbalanced;the quality of math teachers is not satisfactory;a few math teachers lack the consciousness to reform initiatively.On this basis,the paper proposes countermeasures to improve the construction of Math teachers in vocational colleges： optimize the structure of math teachers;transform the Math teachers＇ educational ideas;improve teaching method and teaching effect;establish an effective operational mechanism to strengthen teacher management.
