摘 要:采用新型配方体系制备了列车客车车辆用制动闸片并进行了装车试用试验,测量了闸片的磨耗值和摩擦表面形貌,对制动盘的工作表面状况也进行了观测。结果表明,试制的闸片在使用过程中制动平稳,线磨耗值较低,摩擦工作面良好,对偶制动盘也无热斑和微裂纹等异常。试制闸片制动性能良好且与制动盘的匹配性佳。An original material formula was adopted to manufacture braking pad for train-car.The trial experiment was conducted.The thickness decrease of brake pad was measured and the morphological character of pad-disc couple was recorded,and the status of the working surface of pad-disc was also observed.The results showed that the trial brake pad had smooth operational performance and the decrease of the thickness was lower than the control group,trial pad′s surface was in proper trim.The Disc′s exterior view showed there was no hot-spot and heat-crack.Further analysis indicated that the trial braking pad was ideally suited to cast iron brake disc.
