摘  要:通过对随机抽取到的新教师的评估等定量研究方法,对当前高师院校师范生的培养质量进行调查,结果表明:近年来师范生的总体质量比以往有所下降;师范生的专业知识、专业技能均存在较多问题;师范生与非师范生在专业素质上没有显著差异。认为师范生培养模式中存在课程设置上重学术性轻师范性、课程内容上重理论性轻实践性、教学方法上重讲授轻操作、高师院校综合化使教师教育弱化等问题,是造成师范生培养质量下降的主要原因,提出了要加强师范生教师教育知识和技能培养,改革当前师范生培养模式等对策和建议。Based on the quantitative method of random sampling of new teacher evaluation,the researchers make a survey of the qualities of normal university graduates.The result shows that the overall qualities of normal university graduates are declining in recent years.Numerous problems exist among those graduates concerning professional knowledge and skills;and there is no significant difference between normal students and non-normal students in terms of professional qualities.The quality decline of those pre-service students is caused by the following factors:teacher education curricula put more emphasis on scholarly skills than professional skill development;the course contents are more theoretical than practical;teacher educators do more lecturing than practice.Teacher preparationprograms have been weakened by the effort to make normal universities comprehensive.The paper proposes that professional skills and knowledge should be strengthened for normal university students and teacher development modes should be reformed.
