摘　　要：通过论述科学发展的理念,分析了我国目前的高等教育存在的不适应;论述了知识经济的特点和知识经济时代对创新意识和创新人才的要求;提出了高等教育应采取的对策。最后论证了高等教育只有进行改革,实施创新教育,才能培养出知识经济时代具有创新意识、创新能力的新型人才,才能使中华民族永远立于不败之地。Through describing the idea of scientific development, have analyzed the incompatibility existing in our country＇s present higher education; has proven knowledge economy characteristic and the request to the innovates talented persons and the innovative ideology in knowledge economy time; Proposed the higher education should adopt countermeasure. The article finally proved the higher education only then to carry on the reform, the implementation innovation education, could raise the new talented person of having the innovative ideology and the innovation ability in the knowledge economy time, could cause the Chinese nation forever to he in an impregnable position.
