摘　　要：秘书实务的课程性质决定了它是一门实践性的学科,而用人单位对人才的要求也决定了大学生必须具备一定的实践能力、应用能力及沟通能力。这就要求高校的秘书实务教学要采用多元化的教学手段,情景模拟法因其自身所具备的实践性、合作性和趣味性等优势,在秘书实务教学课中发挥着举足轻重的作用。The nature of secretarial work determines that the secretarial discipline is a practice-based one.Meanwhile,it is the requirements of the employers that a secretarial candidate should possess certain practical abilities,application capabilities and communicative skills concerning one＇s major.All these highlight the urgency of adopting diversified teaching approaches to secretarial courses at universities.Known for its advantages in being practical,cooperative and interesting,scenario simulation will have a greater role to play in secretarial teaching.
