摘　　要：根据Sobolev空间Hs(R)(s>0)中平移框架的等价条件,验证了生成子不能同时具有很好的时-频局部性质.并通过引入伪框架的定义,成功地克服了平移框架的上述缺点.In this paper,we verify that a generator giving rise to non-exact frames of Sobolev spaces Hs（R）（s〉0） must always be poorly localized in both time and frequency domains by means of the equivalent condition on the frames of translates. To circumvent such problem,we introduce the concept of pseudoframes and give some results associated with the spaces Hs（R）（s〉0）.
