摘　　要：分析了高校管理人员职业化与专业化的区别,从职业化素养、职业化行为规范、职业化技能三个方面论述了高校管理人员职业化的内涵。结合我国高校管理队伍职业化的实践探索,对加快我国高校管理人员职业化建设进程进行了思考,提出要转变观念,提高高校管理人员的职业认同度,健全高校管理人员职业的市场竞争机制、职业培训机制和评价与激励机制,出台相关政策及法律,加快我国高校管理人员职业化的进程。Distinctions are made between the professionalization and specialization of college administrators,and the connotations of professionalization are clarified from the perspective of professional qualities,code of conduct and professional skills.Besides,the methods to speed up the process of professionalizing administrators are put forward in respect to the practice of professionalization in domestic colleges and universities.Reflections on how to renew our mind,upgrade the degree of professional cognition,perfect the market competitive system and professional training,assessing and stimulating mechanisms,make pertinent laws and regulations,and enhance the process of professionalization are made.
