摘　　要：棕曲霉毒素A,又称赭曲霉毒素A(Ochratoxin A简写OCT-A)是棕曲霉毒素中毒性最大的一种,它是霉变的粮食、豆类中的曲霉属的棕曲霉和青霉属的纯绿青霉的代谢产物,它对人、畜、家禽等的肝、肾有致癌的毒害作用。A method is described for th3 determination ot ochratoxin A in ch:cfcea liver by reversed-phase liquid chromatography with Zorbax-ODS column,acetic acid-acetonitrile-iso-propanol mobile phase,and fluorescence detector at 330nm excitation wavelength and 460nm emission wavelengtn.The sample of chicken liver is extracted with acetonitrile and 4% of potassium chloride/sulphuric acid (9:1).After filtration,the aliquot is defatted with petroleum ether.After the addition of water,the aqueous phase is further extracted with chloroform,and the later is partitioned with 5%NaHCO3 solution.The aqueous phase is acidifiedand re-extracted with chloroform.The chloroform is evaporated in a rotaryevaporator and the residue is dissolved in themobile phase for analysis.The minimum amountof detection is 0.02ng.Its recovery is usually inthe range of 91.8-111.0%.
