普通高校大力发展非学历教育的可行性及对策研究

摘　　要：随着高等教育大众化和终身教育观念的深入以及学习型社会的到来,普通高校成人教育要适应时代发展的新形势,就必须实现由学历教育为主到非学历教育为主的变革,在非学历教育发展方面有所突破和进步。通过分析发展非学历教育的动因及可行性,尝试性地提出几点普通高校大力发展非学历教育的对策和建议。With the popularity of higher education and the deep - in of lifelong education idea as welt as the learning-society＇s arrival, the adult education must adapt to new situation, transform from diploma education to non -diploma education. This article analyzes the motive and feasibility in the development of the non-diploma education, and puts forward the tactics and suggestions further.
