摘  要:针对路面不平度引起的车辆动态载荷会造成车辆疲劳破坏的情况,在设计过程中应充分考虑车辆的耐久性。车辆的耐久性可在试车场、台架上验证,或者通过计算机进行仿真。路面不平度是车辆的原始激励,根据对实际的路面不平度的研究,采用激光非接触式多功能测量系统测量路面不平度,开发了一套测量与汽车独立的道路不平度采集系统,并就大波形、小波形的测量精度做了验证。实验表明,该系统可以在正常行驶车速(20~120 km/h)下进行测量,效率较高、精度较好。Road roughness induces dynamic loads on vehicles,which causes fatigue damage as a result.Design of vehicle for durability is one of the key steps during vehicle development process.Vehicle durability could be verified on test tracks and test rigs,or,increasingly,by computer simulations.It is commonly accepted that the road profile is the principle excitation to the vehicles.Therefore studies on understanding of actual road roughness are necessary to answer the key questions concerning these verification procedures and prediction of vehicle durability.In this regard,an "863" research project was undertaken on the development of China typical vehicle road spectrum measurement and application.A system to measure the vehicle independent road profiles was developed.The accuracy of the small wave and large wave measurement was verified in the system.Experimental results verified that the system could achieve measurement in high efficiency and accuracy at normal speed of 20 km/h to 120 km/h.
