高等教育与区域经济发展良性互动的对策——基于江苏省苏北地区的实证研究

摘　　要：苏北地区经济欠发达与教育特别是高等教育发展滞后有密切关系,而且苏北与全省的高等教育发展差距远大于其经济发展差距,实现苏北地区经济发展与高等教育发展之间良性互动应采取的措施:加大教育投入,始终坚持教育优先发展战略;加强规划建设,优化省内高等教育资源结构与布局;发展多种层次的高等教育,完善人才培养的层次结构;高校应切实履行服务于地方经济建设和社会发展的职能。Based on the analysis of the current status of economic development and higher education in Northern Jiangsu, we find that the less - developed education, especially the less - developed higher education has negative influence on the less - developed economy and vice versa. Some suggestions for benign interaction between higher education and regional economic development have been put forward： a） increasing investment in education and giving the priority to educational development; b） strengthening planning and optimizing the structure and distribution of the educational system on the whole - province scale; c） developing higher education of different levels and improving the hierarchy of higher education; d） intensifying the universities＇ serving ahility for local economic and social development.
