灾害类突发事件中远程学习者救助机制研究

摘　　要：对比分析了普通高校灾害类突发事件中学生救助机制,结合汶川地震后中央电大关于学生救助活动的探索,构建了灾害类突发事件远程学习者救助机制,从救助模型、救助流程、救助措施三个方面介绍了如何开展救助,希望能对我国远程教育院校在灾害类突发事件中远程对学习者救助起到借鉴作用。Comparing and analyzing the students assistance system of high school during disaster emergency,the author combines with the study of assistance activities of CRTVU after Wenchuan earthquake and constructs the assistance system,introducing how to implement assistance from the model and process and strategies of distant students assistance,to give reference for the assistance about distant students in disaster emergency in distant education institute.
