摘　　要：历代学者对于《尸子》一书存在不少争议,关于《尸子》的学派归属,或归于"儒",或归于"道",或归于"杂"等等,可谓见仁见智,莫衷一是。本文从《尸子》的思维方式与思想体系来分析,认为《尸子》应归为儒家学派。The school attribution of Shizi has aroused arguments among the scholars in the past millenaries.This article makes a close study of the thinking mode and the ideology of the book and suggests its attribution to the Confucian school.
