摘　　要：本研究采用问卷法、访谈法以及实验法等研究方法,根据科博(Kolb)的学习风格分类方法,以军队院校网络课程"组织胚胎学"的学习过程为对象,用实证方法证实了不同学习风格的学习者,对网络课程的评价与其网络学习绩效具有一定程度的相关性,并据此分析和总结了学习风格对网络课程学习的影响。因此,我们建议在网络课程建设中,应增设学习风格测试的功能,并提出一个基于学习风格的网络课程建设方案。Based on Kolb＇s learning styles theory, this empirical study explores the effect of students ＇ learning styles on their performance in an online course offered at a military academy in Shanghai. Data were collected through the use of questionnaires, interviews, and surveys. And the results reveal a correlation between the evaluation of online courses and online learning performance among learners with different learning styles. The study has implications for better designing online courses, for instance, to assess students ＇ learning styles at the beginning of the class and to design course content and activities to accommodate their learning styles.
