摘 要:综述了植物功能基因组研究中出现的EST-SSR、SRAP、TRAP、SNP和DArT等新型分子标记,这些标记具有显著的优势,已广泛应用于遗传图谱构建、重要性状基因定位、比较作图、遗传多样性和品种鉴别、分子标记辅助育种等研究中。简要论述了这几种新型分子标记的应用现状、优点和不足,并对其应用前景进行了展望。Several novel molecular markers for plants functional genomics research, including EST-SSR,SRAP,TRAP,SNP and DArT was reviewed. Compared with conventional markers, these markers were novel types of molecular tools with remarkable advantages. Application of these new functional molecular markers in plant genetics and breeding was summarized, such as construction of genetic linkage maps, important trait gene tagging location, comparative mapping, genetic diversity, cultivar identification and marker-assisted selection breeding. In this paper, application situation, advantages and disadvantages of these new molecular markers were discussed, and the prospects of their application were also put forward .
