摘  要:设计了基于虚拟仪器的齿轮箱故障诊断系统,利用图形化编程语言LabVIEW和模块化硬件,对齿轮箱的振动信号实时监测。建立了集参数数据库、故障数据记录库、故障诊断知识库、实时监测及诊断为一体的诊断系统。系统采用压电加速度传感器BZ1185采集齿轮箱振动信号,通过对信号放大、转换和滤波,将信号转换成有限带宽信号,通过数据采集卡AMPCI-9111输入到计算机中。使用开发的虚拟仪器技术开发平台,对CQ9145联合机床齿轮箱振动信号进行了倒频谱和小波分析,实验表明,本系统可以大大提高诊断准确度和效率。A machine tool fault diagnosis system was developed based on virtual instrument technology,using labVIEW graphical programming language and modular hardware,the vibration signals of gear box could be real-time monitored and measured.A complete diagnostic system with the parameters data library,fault data logging library,fault diagnosis knowledge library,real-time monitoring and diagnosis was built.The system used piezoelectric accelerometer BZ1185 to collect gearbox vibration signals which was converted to limited bandwidth signal by amplifying,conversing,filtering and then upload computer by data acquisition card AMPCI-9111.The gearbox vibration signals of a CQ9145 joint machine tools were analyzed by spectrum and wavelet,in which the virtual instrument technology platform was used.The experiment demonstrated that the proposed system can greatly enhance diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.
