摘　　要：《病原生物学和免疫学》是一门医学基础课程,是医学专业学生学好专业课程,达到实用型卫生人才培养目标的基础,意义重大。作者在教学过程中对课前准备以及理论课教学中的教学内容和教学方法进行了一些改革探索,旨在提高学生的学习兴趣,提高教学质量,为教学改革提供一些经验。Pathogen Biology and Immunology is an important basic course in medicine. It is extremely significant as an advanced course for medical students and as an educational basis to foster practically-minded medical personnel. The author has examined and implemented some revisions to instruction and methods of instruction in terms of pre-class preparation,teaching theories,and course instruction. Teaching reform has increased students＇ interest in learning and improved the quality of instruction.
