摘　　要：培养高技能应用型人才是职业院校当前迫在眉睫的任务。阐述了职业教育的发展现状以及目前所面临的问题,并就培养高技能应用型人才的职业院校的培养模式进行了探讨,提出了结合实际应用的几项职教改革措施。Cultivating high skill technicians is the imminent business colleges. It expounds the development of business education status and current problems, discusses the high skill technicians cultivating mode in business colleges, and puts forward some practical application of business education reform measures.
