摘　　要：新时期高校校园文化建设与发展必须以社会主义核心价值体系来引领。这是因为:高校校园文化建设与发展的理论基础是坚持马克思主义指导思想;高校校园文化建设与发展的基本目标是实现中国特色社会主义共同理想;高校校园文化建设与发展的根本任务是培育和弘扬以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神;高校校园文化建设与发展的主要内容是树立和践行社会主义荣辱观。The construction and development of campus culture in college in new age must be led by the socialist core value system.It＇s because：its theory foundation is to adhere to the guiding ideology of Marxism;its basic goal is to achieve the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics;its mission is to nurture and promote the national spirit with patriotism as the core and the times spirit with reform and innovation as the core;and its major content is to establish and practice the socialist concept of honor and disgrace.
