摘  要:高等教育质量观是教育行政部门和高校对人才培养规格的主观设想,是教育思想观念的核心问题之一。以幸福论为立足点来观照高等教育质量观的价值取向,会发现高等教育质量的价值取向存在着社会化幸福高于个人幸福、低层次幸福高于高层次幸福、结果性幸福高于过程性幸福以及理性幸福高于非理性幸福等问题。为了实现"培养幸福人"的教育理想,高等教育者需要辩证处理各对范畴之间的关系,建构合理的高等教育质量观价值取向。Quality concept,a core issue in higher education,refers to the subjective conception of educational administrators as well as colleges and universities about what kind of persons they want the students to become. According to happiness theory,among those value orientations in higher education quality assurance,social happiness is a higher priority than individual happiness,fundamental happiness higher than elevated one,rational happiness higher than irrational one,and the happy result more important than the happy process. To fulfill the ideal of 'cultivating happy men' ,educators should cautiously handle the dialectical relationship between those conflicting pairs and adopt the appropriate value orientation in higher education quality assurance.
