摘　　要：布尔加科夫是20世纪苏联最重要的作家之一,他的小说代表作《白卫军》创作于20世纪20年代,它既继承了欧洲史诗性的文学传统和俄罗斯宏大的历史叙事传统,又融合了现代主义的艺术手法,通过梦境、象征、时空转换等方式打破了传统的线性时空结构,将文学表现空间从具体的地点延伸到了过去、现在和未来。《白卫军》通过传统与现代结合的空间艺术,真正成为超越那个时代的伟大作品。M.Bulgakov is one of the most important writers in the twentieth century of the Soviet Union.And one of his representative novels is The White Guard created in the 1920s.This novel has not only inherited the epic literary tradition of Europe and the grand narrating practice of Russia,but also combined the artistic techniques of modernism.It had broken the traditional linear spatial-temporal structure through the artistic techniques,such as dreams,symbols,the transform of time and space.It has extends the expressive space of literature from the concerned location to the past,present and future.The combination of tradition and modernism has truly made the novel be a magnificent work transcending that specific era.
