摘 要:随着我国经济的发展和城市化进程的加速,中小城市餐饮业发展迅速,其卫生状况与饮食安全越来越受关注。由于数量众多,规模档次不一,而不同餐饮类型单位的卫生状况参差不齐,监督管理难度大。只有依法建立有效的中小城市餐饮业监管机制与模式,使有关监管部门密切配合,相互协调运作,才可提高监管效果,保证餐饮卫生与安全。With the development of China's economic and accelerated of urbanization process,catering industry in small and medium cities developed rapidly,their health status and food security have been more and more concerned.Due to the large number of different grade scale and different types of catering units,it is difficult for us to supervise and manage its health situation.Only by the way of establishing an effective monitoring mechanism and mode by law,co-operation and coordination between the relevant regulatory authorities mutually,we can improve the regulatory effect and ensure food hygiene and safety.
