摘　　要："学风"是国家普通本科教学工作水平评估的重要内容之一,优良学风的形成对大学文化有一种天然的依赖。大学是文化的聚合体,大学的精神文化、制度文化、物质文化和行为文化分别构成学风培育的灵魂、保障、基础和表征。学风培育对四类大学文化有着不同的路径依赖。Academic atmosphere is one of the most important contents of undergraduate teaching evaluation. Good academic atmosphere relies largely on college culture. College culture, including its spirit, system, substance, and behavior, is the precondition for academic atmosphere. There are different ways to cultivate academic atmosphere for four types of college culture.
