摘　　要：针对目前建筑学人才就业市场随经济形势的波动出现的新变化进行了分析,并结合建筑学专业的人才培养方式和建筑服务业发展趋势,对基于就业背景的建筑学人才培养方法进行了探讨,指出应联系实际,注重多方面素质的培养,从而满足和适应市场需求。It was analyzed aiming at present architectural talents employment market new change with economical phase fluctuation,combined with architectural specialty talents train form and architectural service industry development trend,the architectural talents train method based on employment background was discussed.It pointed out it should connect practice and pay more attention to multiple quality training therefore satisfied and adapted to market requirement.
