摘  要:"双培计划"是在高校与地方教育部门全面合作的基础上进行的,不仅有效提高了师范生的教育教学能力,也解决了农村教师专业培训难的问题,成功地实现了合作双方的"共赢"效能。乐山师范学院在实践探索"双培计划"的过程中,始终坚持"两个意识"、"两个结合"、"两个提高"的思想,即为地方基础教育服务的意识和与地方教育部门密切合作的意识,坚持高师教育与基础教育相结合和教师职前培养与职后培养相结合,注重高师学生教育教学能力的提高和农村中小学教师专业素质的提高,走出了一条具有自我特色的教师教育创新之路。"Double-Training Plan" is carried out based on the all-round cooperation between universities and local educational administrations, not only effectively improving the educational teaching ability of the students in normal col- leges but also solving the specialty-training problem for the teachers in the rural areas, which has succeeded in realiz- ing "the win-win'efficiency of the two sides concerned. Leshan Normal College always adheres to the thoughts of "Two Consciousnesses"," Two Combinations", "Two Improvements" in process of practical exploration of "Double-Training Plan", namely the consciousnesses serving local basic education and cooperating closely with local educational adminis- trations, insisting on combining higher normal education with basic education and combining pre-job cultivation of teachers with the post-job development, paying attention to the improvement of the educational teaching ability of stu- dents in normal colleges and the improvement of professional quality of the teachers in primary and middle schools of rural areas, and has created a unique innovative way for the education of teachers.
