摘　　要：针对河北省职业教育在服务新农村建设中面临的农民整体素质亟待提高,科技人员严重不足,职业教育服务意识和能力弱等问题,为切实增强职业教育服务新农村建设的能力,河北省可采取如下措施:建立完善的农村职教体系,为农村经济社会的持续发展提供坚实的人才与智力保障;加强农民教育培训,提升农民整体素质;深化农村职业教育改革,为新农村建设培养带头人。In the process of vocational education serving for the construction of new socialism country,Hebei province has confronted with the following problems：peasants＇ overall quality is low,technological personnel is lack seriously,the service sense and abilities of vocational education is weak.In order to enhance the serving abilities of vocational education,Hebei province can adopt the following measures：building perfect rural vocational education system and providing massive talent and intellectual assurance for sustainable development of rural economy and society;strengthening education and training of peasants and enhancing whole quality of peasants;deepening reform of rural vocational education and cultivating foregoers of new socialism construction.
