摘　　要：区域职业教育产教结合的政策需求体现在三方面,即产教结合的社会协调机制,促进产教结合的动力机制,产教结合的保障机制。产教结合主体的机制创新包括:职业院校"伺服型"市场响应机制、共生发展的利益分享机制、合作培育机制和企业化管理模式的建立和企业长期发展机制、资源储备与积累机制、自我约束机制的建立。The policy demand of production and teaching combination of regional vocational education reflected in three aspects：the social coordination mechanism;the motive mechanism for promoting production and teaching combination;the guarantee mechanism.The mechanism innovation for production and teaching combination subjects includes the set up of ＂serving＂market response mechanism,the mutually beneficial mechanism,the resources reservation and accumulation mechanism and the self-restraining mechanism.
