安全气囊召回及缺陷判定流程研究

摘　　要：交通事故中安全气囊存在的缺陷不仅会使其失去保护乘员的作用,而且会导致乘员的额外损伤。文章针对国内安全气囊缺陷调查技术、标准和监管制度的缺失,充分调研了国内外安全气囊召回现状,分析了美国政府参与调查的气囊召回案件的特点。最后,结合国外缺陷调查经验、判定流程和气囊缺陷判定关键技术,制定出我国汽车安全气囊缺陷判定通用流程,并开发了相应的判定软件。研究结果可促进安全气囊缺陷判定的标准化和规范化,从而降低相关判定工作的技术难度和管理成本,有利于保护车辆乘员的安全。The airbag＇s flaw will not only cause it to lose protection crew member＇s function, but also will cause crew member＇s extra damage in the traffic accident. For absence of the airbag flaw investigation technology, situation of the standard and recall supervisory system in china, we investigated and studied the present airbag recall in the domestic and foreign. The airbag flaw＇s characteristic of the U.S. Defective Product Management Center to recall was analyzed. Conforming to our country national condition, the airbag flaw determination general procedure was established, and the flaw determination software was compiled. The results may promote the airbag profession standardization and the standardized advancement, thus with every effort protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
