摘　　要：上海中医药大学作为上海市首批实施大学生创新活动计划的高校之一,在前期工作基础上对如何建立大学生创新活动计划工作的长效机制进行了积极探索,形成了较为系统和完整的工作思路。围绕创新人才培养目标,以实施大学生创新活动计划为抓手,坚持"兴趣驱动、自主实践、重在过程"的基本原则,建立并不断完善管理机制和保障机制,致力于培养学生的创新思维和创新能力,成效显著。Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, as one of universities of the first batches conducting the innovation plan in students in Shanghai, has explored the construction of a long-term effective mechanism in innovative work, and developed a systemic and complete train of thinking. The university has get prominent results in the improvement of the innovative thinking and ability in students through carrying out the innovation plan, insisting the principles of interests activation, independent practice and emphasis on process, and building up management and security mechanisms.
