摘　　要：对电动云台控制器进行了分析,以ATMEGA128L为核心,设计了一种多功能电动云台控制器。从控制系统方案、软硬件设计、可靠性设计以及功能实现4个方面,阐述了基于ATMEGA128L单片机的电动云台控制器。控制器采用实时开环控制实现对电动云台视频监控设备的控制。提出了提高通信可靠性和芯片工作可靠性以及掉电保护等措施,从而保证系统工作可靠性。The controller of electric PTZ（Pan/Tilt/Zoom） are analyzed and a controller of multifunctional electric PTZ is designed based on ATMEGA128L,which is introduced in the control system,hardware software design,reliability design and function realization.It applies the real-time open-loop control of the video surveillance equipments.Measures in the reliability improvement of communication and chip working and the power-down protection are provided to ensure the reliability of system operation.
