摘　　要：把发展性教师评价理论引入高校青年教师队伍建设,在借鉴发展性教师评价理论优点的基础上,从深化发展理念,关注青年教师特点,构建多元化评价标准,加强培训和增强人文关怀等方面,对构建高校青年教师成长环境提出了建设性意见。This paper tries to introduce the developing teacher evaluation theory to the college young teachers＇ development.On the basis of the developing teacher evaluation theory,some constructive suggestions are presented from five aspects,namely,deepening the concept of development,focusing on the characteristics of young teaches,establishing the synthetic evaluation standards,strengthening training and reinforcing humanistic care.
