摘  要:中美工科硕士研究生的课程设置在课程学时数分配、课程学习环节、教学方式和拓展学科知识等方面存在明显差异。通过对比分析可以发现,我国硕士研究生课程受观念、教育管理传统、专业划分模式和社会实践平台等因素的影响很深。为了培养出优秀的工科硕士研究生,应当打破专业壁垒,营造大工科培养环境;革新课程和教学体系,满足硕士研究生个性化发展;加强有工程实践能力的师资队伍建设;鼓励政府、企业和高校共建硕士研究生培养平台。There are many distinct differences between the curriculums of Chinese and American masters of engineering about their distribution of credit hours,the methods of learning and teaching and the exploration of knowledge.Through the comparison and analysis,we can find our curriculum is deeply influenced by the traditional concepts,educational management,the mode of major division and the stage of social practice.In order to foster excellent master of engineering,we must break the barrier of different majors,and create a nice atmosphere of big-engineering major.We also should renovate the system of curriculum and education to satisfy the personal development of different students.Furthermore,we need to strengthen the engineering practice of teachers.At last,we should encourage the government,companies and universities to get together and create a stage for the cultivation of master of engineering.
