摘　　要：21世纪是知识经济高速发展的时代，社会迫切需要具有创新能力的人才。本文介绍了广东药学院生命科学与生物制药学院探索科技创新人才培养模式的具体做法以及所取得的初步成效。21st century is the rapid development of knowledge-based economy era and innovative talents are needed. Combining actual work, this paper summarized and analyzed the preliminary achieve- ments and specific practices of the training model of scientific and technological innovation at School of Life Sciences and Biopharmacology in Guangdong Pharmaceutical University.
