摘　　要：目的在医学研究生中开展系列素质教育活动并对其效果进行评价。方法在医学研究生中进行心理监测、举办学术讲座、开展各种活动等。结果医学研究生的心理素质、人文修养、社会适应能力素质明显提高，科研能力显著增强。结论素质教育活动能够有效地提高研究生的综合素质，在研究生的培养中发挥了非常重要的作用。Objective To carry out quality education activities in medical postgraduates of comprehensive university and evaluate its effects. Methods Psychological test, academic lectures and quality education activities were performed in postgraduates. Results It is found that medical postgraduates＇ psychological ability, cultural accomplishment and social adaptability were significantly enhanced by quality education. Additionally, scientific research abilities of postgraduates were markedly improved. Conclusions Quality education activities can effectively enhance comprehensive quality of postgraduates, which may play a crucial role in postgraduate training process.
