摘　　要：创新创业教育的关键是师资队伍,教育效果很大程度上取决于教师的学识与经历经验。有创业和企业管理经历的教师是创新创业教育师资较好的人选,构建专兼结合的"双师型"教学团队是创新创业教育的重要举措。The key point of innovational and enterprise education is the teacher team. The teaching effect largely depends on the teachers＇ knowledge and experience. Teacher who has the experience of working and managing in the factory is the best selection for the innovational and enterprise education. It is the important measure to build a ＂double-teachers＂ team which con tains the full-time teachers and part-time teachers for the innovational and enterprise education.
