酒精生产中的循环经济探讨

摘　　要：循环经济是把清洁生产和废弃物的综合利用融为一体的经济,是一种生态型、节约型的经济模式。长期以来,高耗水、高耗能、高污染、低效益等问题始终制约着酒精生产行业的发展,因此,发展循环经济是酒精行业的必然选择,有利于提高资源利用率和经济效益,降低其环境危害。从酒精生产中的原料选择、废弃物的处理与利用、新的酒精生产工艺和生产管理等方面进行了分析,指出了在酒精生产过程发展循环经济的可行性和着眼点。Circular economy means the economy integrating cleaning production with comprehensive utilization of waste. It is an eco-friendly and conservation-based economic model. For a long time, high water consumption, high energy consumption, high pollution and low efficiency has always restricted the development of ethanol production industry. Therefore, in order to improve resource utilization and economic efficiency and reduce environmental hazards, the development of circular economy is the inevitable choice. In this paper, the choice of raw materials in alcohol production, waste treatment and utilization, and newly-developed alcohol production techniques were analyzed. The feasibility of and the key points in developing circular economy in alcohol production were elaborated.
