高校杰出教师成长的特点探析——以广东省高等学校“千百十工程”国家级培养对象为例

摘　　要：以广东省高等学校"千百十工程"国家级培养对象为例,分析高校杰出教师成长的特点:优化学缘结构、到高层次院校进修和合作、建立学术团队、确立科研教学主攻方向、争取基金立项资助、走产学研结合的道路、重视教学与科研相结合,积极参与学术交流活动等。Based on the statistic data and typical examples in the ＂ 1000 - 100 - 10＂ project of Guangdong Province, this paper shows that features of excellent teachers＇ growing up lie in such aspects as optimization of academic affiliation, visiting scholar and co - operation in higher education and scientific institutes, establishment of the academic team, clear and definite direction of research and teaching, obtaining economical support from project funds, integration of production, teaching, and research, combination of teaching and research, actively involved in academic communication, etc.
