摘  要:测定了3个品种苦荞麦不同生育期主要器官的黄酮和营养成分。结果表明,3个品种的苦荞从苗期至籽粒成熟期的黄酮含量呈由高到低的S形变化趋势,即从苗期至孕蕾期逐渐下降,孕蕾期至成熟期呈现低—高—低的变化趋势;营养生长期各器官黄酮含量由高到低依次为叶、茎、根,但进入生殖生长期后为花、叶、茎、根。粗蛋白、脂肪和粗纤维在整个生长发育期呈先增加后降低的抛物线变化趋势,即营养生长阶段增加,其中粗蛋白、脂肪在盛花期最高,粗纤维在孕蕾期最高,成熟期3种营养物质含量最低;除脂肪外,粗蛋白、粗纤维不同时期含量差异较大,品种间差异显著。The flavone content in major organs and nutrient ingredients of buckwheat related species at different stages(the Seedling, reserving bloom, starting bloom, full bloom and maturity stage) was determined. The results showed that the three species of buckwheat, the flavone content gradually decreased from high to low and reached a minimum, decreased first and then increased from seedling stage to starting Bloom stage, and decreased gradually to maturity stage. The order of content of flavone in major organs at developing stage was leaves, roots, stems, but become flowers, roots, stems at reproduction stage. The content of crude fiber, protein and fat increased at developing stage, protein and fat was most at full bloom stage,but the most period of crude fiber was reserving bloom stage, and reached the lest at maturity stage. All the nutrient ingredients of buckwheat related species was legal to the requiements. The content of flavone, protein and fat at different stages existed significant in different species excep crude fiber.
