摘　　要：广东岭南职业技术学院医药健康学院紧靠高职教育人才培养目标,以能力为主导,将高职教育理论教学与实践教学有机结合起来,近年来通过对药学专业实践课程的设置不断进行调整、改革,主要包括专业综合实训改革、实习教学模式改革和"教、学、做一体化"教学模式改革,提高了学生的就业能力和适应职业变化的能力,取得良好的效果。Guangdong Lingnan College Institute of Medicine Health closed to the vocational education personnel training,competency-oriented teaching the theory and practice of vocational education,the vocational education theory and practice of teaching combine teaching,Pharmacy practice in recent years through the continuous adjustment of the curriculum reform,professional training includes comprehensive reform,teaching reform and practice in＂teaching,learning,doing integration,＂reform of teaching mode,improved the employability of students and adapted to job changes,achieved good results.
