关于高校教书育人的思考

摘　　要：高校的根本任务是育人，教书育人是教师的基本职责。高校应把教书育人作为学校工作的头等大事来抓，切实提高教师道德素质和业务水平，建立和完善管理制度和考核措施，把教书育人工作落到实处。The fundamental task of universities is educating people, teaching and educating people is the basic responsibility of teachers. Universities should be teaching and educating as the top priority of school work, and effectively improve the level of teacher quality and professional ethics, to establish and improve the management system and assessment measures to implement the work of teaching and educating.
