基于专业标准的加拿大安大略省教师教育课程改革

摘  要:加拿大安大略教师管理学院作为管理该省教师事务的专业自治团体,制订了以致力于学生学习和教师专业发展的教学专业标准,同时对教育学院提交的教师教育课程方案进行认证,从外部进行监督,保证教师教育质量。起改革先锋的多伦多大学教师教育课程包括教师教育研讨、学习心理学理论与发展、学校和社会、课程和教学、研究性学习和教学实践六大模块,以团队教学为组织形式,强调各种形式的合作,重视教学实践。Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) is responsible for teachers affairs in Ontario Province. It developed professional standards that commitment to students and students learning. In order to guarantee quality of teacher education, OCT review teacher education programs and accredit them. Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto (OISE/UT) is known as an international leader in the research, teaching and study of issues that matter in education. Teacher education programs contain six modules: teacher education seminar, psychological foundation of learning and development, school and society, curriculum and instruction course, related studies courses, practicum and internship. They work as cohorts, emphasizing on cooperation and practice.
