摘  要:为了研究沙棘叶多糖的提取工艺条件,在液固比、超声波功率和超声波作用时间3个单因素对多糖得率影响的基础上,利用响应面分析法对超声波辅助提取沙棘叶多糖的最佳工艺条件进行优化。实验结果表明,沙棘叶多糖的最佳提取条件为液固比52.5∶1、超声波功率607.1W、超声波作用时间42.3 min,此优化条件下,多糖得率可达7.50%(质量分数)。此外沙棘叶多糖经初步纯化后,采用琼脂平板扩散法进行抑菌试验,结果显示沙棘叶多糖对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等四种病原菌均有一定的抑制作用。To explore the technology of extracting polysaccharide from the leaves of the Hippohae rhamnoides L. , we studied the ratio of the polysaccharides extraction by using three single factors, that is, the ratio between the liquids and the raw materials, the power of the supersonic and the acting time of the supersonic. Using the analytical method of the response surface, we found that under the following condition: liquids to raw materials ratio 52.5: 1, supersonic power of 607.1 W, supersonic acting time of 42.3 minutes, as much as 7.50% of the polysaccharide can be obtained. After initial purification of the polysaccharide, we conducted the bacteriostasis experiments using the agar plate dilution method. The results showed that the polysaccharide from the leaves of the Hippohae rhamnoides L. had the certain inhibiting effects on some pathogenic bacteriums such as the Escherichia coli and the Staphylococcus aureus.
