摘 要:研究了从万寿菊干花颗粒中分离皂化叶黄素的生产工艺。得到最佳的生产工艺条件:提取溶剂采用石油醚,提取温度为50℃,提取时间为每次5h,提取2次,料液比(g∶mL)1∶7;皂化时NaOH的浓度为35%,皂化温度60℃,皂化时间6 h;经皂化后处理,游离叶黄素的纯度达到98.6%。The extraction and saponification of lutein from marigold dried flower grains were investigated. The optimum process conditions were selected as follows: petroleum ether was chosen as extraction solvent, extraction temperature was set at 60%, extraction process lasted for 6 h, 2 times extraction, and the ratio of marigold to extraction solvent was 1:7 (g:mL). The results showed that the optimal saponification parameter was: 35% NaOH, at 60℃ for 6h. After the saponification and purification, the purity of free lutein reached to 98.6% .
